Purchases made online cannot be returned to physical stores. For return procedures, the invoice sent to you must be sent to the cargo company along with the returned product(s). You can send the order products you wish to return, in the condition they were sent to you, complete with the product, invoice, waybill, certificate, warranty certificate, and any gift products, to the MNG KARGO cargo company with customer code “612865820 - CAĞALOĞLU” to the address below. After your returned product is delivered to the cargo company, the cargo tracking number must be sent to us via the contact page https://www.robertobravo.com/iletisim.php Address: Molla Fenari Mah. Kılıçcılar sokak. No:53 Çemberlitaş, Fatih, İstanbul. Returns for products that do not comply with these conditions will not be approved. Products sent to our company despite not complying with these conditions will be returned to the sales address. After your returned products reach us, and after product checks are performed and approved, the refund amount will be credited to your bank account. The refund payment will be made to your account within 7 business days after the products reach us. In cases where installment transactions are made for purchased product(s); even if Roberto Bravo makes a full refund in one go, your bank may process the refund to you in installments. Roberto Bravo cannot be held responsible for this situation. Our ring products are sold in standard sizes (13-14 cm); returns cannot be made for products purchased outside of standard sizes, as their sizes are adjusted according to customer requests. The consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for products produced according to the consumer's special requests and demands, or products made personal by modifications or additions, and for products requiring hygiene. In case of a request for exchange of faulty products, a one-to-one exchange can be requested within 14 days for online sales, along with the mandatory e-invoice and the problematic product(s) via the provided contact address. When the necessary checks are made and suitability for exchange is determined, the product(s) will be exchanged. Products brought to the store for exchange must be absolutely unused. If the product(s) are not in store stock, you can initiate the return process for the reported problematic products through the online site and send them to us with the contracted cargo company. For shipments you make with different cargo companies, the shipping fee must be paid by the sender. Shipments made with recipient payment, other than Yurtiçi Kargo, will not be accepted by our company. In case you encounter any problems with your cargo shipment, you must notify us of the situation with a photo of the product and waybill, within 3 business days at the latest from the delivery date, to our email address info@robertobravo.com.
